Term time plus one week

Situated in the picturesque village of Holyport, close to Windsor, Maidenhead and London, Holyport College is the country’s first state day and boarding free school and has Eton College as its sole education sponsor. 

We are looking to appoint a SEND Assistant to assist in the running of the Department, to ensure that successful teaching and learning and development of the department take place. You will have excellent literacy and numeracy skills including Maths and English GCSE or equivalent, and will be educated to minimum Level 3. You will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good IT skills. You should be able to demonstrate initiative, flexibility and an ability to work co-operatively with Learning Support staff, Subject Leaders, Year Leaders and class teachers about students with SEND. Under the direction of the SENCO, you will be expected to manage and deploy available resources, including assisting in the day-to-day line-management of staff working within the department.
