This is a great opportunity to join an improving Housing Service working to deliver high quality, innovative, people-focused and value for money services. The service covers housing options, homelessness, housing policy and housing enabling.
You will be responsible for the assessment and investigation of incoming housing register applications to determine eligibility to join the register and where appropriate, award a banding level in accordance with the Allocations Policy.
You will also manage, record and make nominations of applicants to local housing associations who have requested tenants for their void properties.
