It is a very exciting time to join the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead with our recent residents survey results showing large numbers of local residents are satisfied with the place and the Council. We have a major regeneration programme progressing in Maidenhead with approximately 4,000 new homes (at least 30% affordable) being developed on our own land through our joint venture partnerships.
We are focused on continuing to improve our housing services. So if you are enthusiastic and self-motivated and are looking to take the next step in your career we would love to talk to you.
You will lead the Housing Options Service to ensure that it delivers a high quality, innovative, people-focused and value for money service, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
You will also deputise for the Head of Housing in the leadership of the Housing Service as required.

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead council is geographically set in a major tourism area with tourist attractions including Windsor Castle, Legoland and Ascot Racecourse.
As a Royal Borough with the Royal Family on the doorstep, it is a desirable place to live and work. There are excellent transport connections to London (30 minutes by train) and the West of England, with the new Elizabeth Line (Cross Rail) opening in Maidenhead in 2019.
