Vacancy Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated administrator to join our extremely busy team of licensing officers here at the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead.

Your role will involve the administration and processing of licence applications and payments for pubs and clubs under the Licensing Act 2003 and gambling facilities under the Gambling Act 2005. You will also deal with applications for licences for hackney carriages and private hire vehicles. You will deal face to face with applicants and support licensing officers in their work.

Previous experience or knowledge of licensing administration would be desirable.

You will need to be a team player, able to work to tight deadlines, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to offer the best service that we can to our customers.
