Over the last year, we have developed and embedded a new performance management system across the council and we are now looking for a performance analyst with a keen eye for detail to support our ongoing improvement journey.
You will be comfortable using a wide range of data and intelligence from a variety of systems to provide insights and tackle complex business problems. The ability to produce high quality, user friendly analysis is a must. And with excellent communication skills, you will be able to work with a wide range of people across the organisation and external partners.
