This is a great opportunity to join an improving Housing Service working to deliver high quality, innovative, people-focused and value for money services. The service covers housing options, homelessness, housing policy and housing enabling.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of the Housing Options Officers, ensuring the delivery of a quality front line service. The service delivery will include an assessment and advice service to meet the Authority’s statutory homelessness duties in accordance with the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 alongside the effective prevention and relief of homelessness.
Additionally, the post holder will take responsibility for the timely and accurate submission of statistical returns to Central Government via the H-clic process as well as performance monitoring of staff within the team.
