This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference by supporting residents to regain their independence following a temporary illness or injury with the short-term support and rehabilitation service, the team are part of Optalis on behalf of the Royal borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

We are looking for caring individuals to join our busy team of experienced Rehabilitation Assistants, supporting people to recover in the own homes by helping to manage personal care, meals and medicines alongside physiotherapy and occupational therapy programmes.

This is a 7-day service, working a mixed shift pattern that includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays. We have a variety of shift patterns both full and part time hours.

This role is based in Maidenhead. A full clean driving license and daily use of a car is essential.
