The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead is creating a new inhouse legal service. We are looking for a Lawyer/Senior Lawyer (Planning & Property) with the right mix of creativity, skill and motivation to add to an already excellent legal team.

You will need to have comprehensive understanding and knowledge of Town and Country Planning and Property Law within the public sector. Your planning work will include planning and other infrastructure obligations, planning advice, and attendance at Planning Committee. You will also work on property law matters ranging from Landlord & Tenant to regeneration projects. 

If you're an adaptable and highly organised Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with the right knowledge, then we want to hear from you. You will also need to be a confident IT user, team player, operate with a minimal supervision and be able to engage effectively with a range of people.
