This is a Senior Social work position in the First contact and duty team for 3 days per week. To provide outcome focused assessments to eligible residents within the Borough, and then facilitate the delivery of those identified services in order to achieve desired outcomes.

To provide supervision and support to the members of the team to ensure people are achieving excellence in their roles and they are developing their skills and knowledge.

To provide support and guidance around first contact and duty triage of cases and allocate as appropriate.

To work flexibly as part of the small management team to ensure the teams are delivering a high standard of service to our residents. You will be able to lead on projects, be proactive, work flexibly and help us to achieve our aim for continuing improvement.
