Our strength is our staff and their commitment to the welfare and wellbeing of our Adult residents. We are currently recruiting Social Workers for our Hospital and Physical Disability and Older Persons Team. You will be working to promote independence, support with direct payments, protect vulnerable adults and working with Health, voluntary and independent sectors.

The job is currently working from home, all equipment will be provided by Optalis. The home visits to be carried out as and when needed, all PPE kit will be provided by the organization.
To facilitate as required the implementation of interventions in order to meet residents identified outcomes and achieve their optimum functioning and independence using 3 conversation model (EST).
