Optalis is dedicated to develop an OT service which is a beacon of professional excellence. A service which provides the best support to our residents and the highest OT professional satisfaction.
To make Optalis ‘s vision a reality, Optalis is looking for 3 enthusiastic and motivated OTs who want to be the best OT they can be and be a part of making a difference to health and social care.
We have high professional standards and expect timely work through put to help our residents.
However, our OTs have a realistic, protective & personalised case load. This to ensure our OT’s are supported and professionally protected so they can do the best job they can, whilst enjoying their work.
Our current OT Service focusses on the long term physical and age-related disability needs of our adult residents.
The majority of our work includes, but is not limited to, Moving & Handling, Seating, rehousing assessment, and Major adaptations through Disabled facilities Grant applications.
Our OT Service has also started developing preventative and care efficiency projects with hopes of developing more, to enable people with disabilities to have their best life possible.
We would love to have applicants with experience in these areas.
However, we also welcome OTs with different professional experience who can enrich our OT service and help us achieve our goal of becoming the best OT Service possible for our residents.
Optalis as an employer is committed to all their staff, their development, wellbeing and work life balance through offering a scale of things including flexible working, protected training times, rewards for additional responsibilities and appraisals.
