Optalis provides Extra Care Services for Older Adults (some living with dementia) across the Royal Borough Windsor and Maidenhead. We are searching for Care and Support Workers to join our teams as we expand and grow in the borough!

Optalis Support Worker roles entail providing care and support to our customers living in Extra Care Services meeting their person centred care needs. This includes delivering personal care, meeting nutritional needs, administering medication, supporting activities and undertaking domestic duties. Experience is not essential as we provide a full training before you embark on your role.

As an Optalis carer, you will receive:

• Excellent rates of pay - £9.50 plus a holiday allowance of 14.53% which totals to £10.88 per hour
• Minimum guaranteed hours
• Flexible shift patterns for night and day shifts to cover a 24 X 7 Rota
