We are currently recruiting Senior Occupational Therapist within our Hospital team in Physical Disability and Older Persons Team. The Senior OT role is for Discharge to Assess for Hospital discharges. You will be working to promote independence, protect vulnerable adults and working with Health, voluntary and independent sectors.

Successful applicants will be skilled at communicating and working with people with social care needs and with people with a variety of physical and cognitive impairments. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work professionally in a multidisciplinary/multi-agency context.  You will need to have competent IT skills and be able and willing to learn to use a variety of software systems.

To facilitate as required the implementation of interventions in order to meet residents identified outcomes and achieve their optimum functioning and independence using 3 conversation model (EST).
